Usain Bolt Reacts As Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan Breaks Record at World Athletics Championship

As Tobi Amusan emerged as the first Nigerian athlete to win a World Athletics Championship gold in the women’s 100m hurdles in Oregon, the retired Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has hailed her for breaking the 100 meter record at the world athletics championship in the united States of America.
Sport lovers around the world have been congratulating Tobi Amusan for her achievement and urging her to keep working harder.
Usain Bolt who is considered as the greatest sprinter of all-time was amazed by the record set by Tobi Amusan and he took to his official twitter page to react.

Usain Bolt is the only sprinter who has won Olympic 100m and 200m titles at three consecutive Olympics (2008, 2012, and 2016), he won two 4 × 100 relay gold medal, gained worldwide fame for his double sprint victory in world record times at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which made him the first person to hold both records since fully automatic time became mandatory.

Tobi happens to be the first from the West African nation to win gold at the World Championship. Three years ago when the competition was held in Doha, Tobi Amusan finished as fourth best before coming back this year to record her name in the history books of athletics.
Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan defeated Jamaica’s Britany Anderson who finished second, while Jasmine Camacho-Quinn ended as third best in the challenging race.
