This is how you will make $500K+ this year. From 6 Hours of Work for The Whole Year.

GET STARTED:

Step 1.) You will go create an account on ChatGPT and get the $20 monthly version for Version 4 and better content. (chat.openai. com)

Step 2.) You will go and create an account with Synthesia (Synthesia. io) and get a Custom Avatar for only $1,000 or $87 per month. The Avatar will be your exact face and body.

Step 3.) You will get an account with Descript (descript. com) where you can overdub your voice. ($12/Month to start)
.
Step 4.) Get an account with Pictory (Pictory. ai) starting for free. This will turn your Text to Video.

SETUP PHASE: Setting those up takes 2 Hours.

Step 1.) Record for 20 mins for your custom Synethesia AI Avatar that is you. It will be your face.

Step 2.) Record your voice on a script in descript (Overdub) to match your exact voice. It takes 10-30 mins of reading a script
.
Step 3.) Create a Google Doc Folder of Prompts where You’ll Put together prompts to ask ChatGPT. Also, create a Folder where you will Put together the results from the research.

The BUILD PHASE:

Step 1.) In Chat GPT Function, Use the Prompts to do Research. For example. “How to Start a Trucking Company in Georgia.” Then use it as the summary. Then get specific. How to File paperwork to get Motor Carrier Authority …. Now , copy the answer into Google Doc under “Filing for Authority” etc.

Step 2.) Paste the result in Descript: Now it reads it in your voice. Yes, ChatGPT got your answer, and Descript reads the answer in the voice you programmed.

Step 3.) Now upload your audio to Synthesia. Now, this matches it to your Face and your Lips synch to it. Now you have a Video of you with your voice teaching the answer you got from ChatGPT
Step 4.) Now paste the scripts in Pictory, and chop out talking points to upload to Social Media for engagement and Call to Action. Since its cheaper, use pictory videos for lessons and Synthesia Videos for Intros.

Boom, you are now a course creator on anything you want to be. But, lets map out the money.

BUSINESS: Hire a VA to research most searched topics for you, then caption ChatGPT for solutions, and they follow those steps and now you are Creating Training, you Are Dropping Youtube Tutorials and getting paid there, and also you are printing money on demand.

BONUS: And because goofies do not read and you do, you made it this far. You will be able to offer them a service where you can build their course and/or coaching program for them.
