Turnaround greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I believe through the diverse encounters with God and His Word all through the month of August, God has placed in our hands the required keys for continuous guidance in the race of life in confirmation of His Word. My prayer is that none of us shall miss our steps again in the pursuit of His agenda for our lives as individuals in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
But what is the Holy Ghost saying for the great month of September 2021?
All through scriptures, godliness has proved to be the foundation for profitable living, this is because godliness entitles us to the following among others:
Answered Prayers – Isa. 59:1-2/ Psa. 66:18
Fresh Unction – Luk. 5:37-38/ Psa. 45:6-8/ Pro. 1:23
Divine Health – Mak. 2:1-12/ Jhn. 5:1-8/14
Divine Protection – Psa. 125:1-3/ Job 1:1/9-10
Supernatural Wisdom – Gen. 41:15-16/38-44/ Gen. 42:18
Supernatural favour – Dan. 6:1-5/10-28/ Psa. 5:12
Durable Riches – Psa. 112:1-3/ Jer. 17:11
Eternity with Christ – 1 Cor. 6:9-11/ Gal. 5:19-21
……..and many more………..
All the above is the reason why we are constantly in a spiritual conflict with the powers of darkness that breeds sins – Eph. 6:10-12
Satan is all out to rob us of the amazing blessings of godliness. In fact, there is a spiritual war over the life of every believer 24 hours of everyday – Luk. 22:31/ 2 Cor. 10:3-5.
Therefore, we must stay spiritually awake at all times because if we surrender to the spirit of slumber, we shall become vulnerable to all the forces of filthiness – Mat. 13:23-28/ Eph. 5:14.
It is also important to note that, righteousness is not just who we are in Christ, but also what we do to prove who we are; this is why we are told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling – 1 Jhn 3:7/ Phi. 2:12/ Mat. 7:16-21
This must also be why the war against filthiness is the fiercest war believers face – Heb. 12:1-4/ Zch. 3:1-5
Furthermore, if God said: “Be ye holy for I am Holy…”, then we can be holy – Mat. 5:48/ 1 Pet. 1:16
God cannot tell us to be what He has not empowered us to be, because His commandments are not grievous – 1 Jhn. 5:3
We must all rise up as individuals to confront every spirit of uncleanliness that may be arrayed against our lives, declaring in faith; Enough Is Enough – Eph. 4:27/ 1 Pet. 5:8-9
Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of September 2021 is:
GODLINESS IS PROFITABLE UNTO ALL THINGS – 1 Tim. 4:8
