What does the new Naira Notes looks like? (Photos)

Okay, so It is no longer a News, that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) issued a directive in November 2022, about the cashless policy that brings limit to the amount of cash that can be withdrawn from the Bank counter, POS and ATM equally.

It also involve CBN rolling out New Currency of some of our Naira currency, while Nigerians are advised to return the old naira to the bank on or before 31st of January 2023.

Ever since this new development was issued, Naira as become extremely scarce, i mean the New Naira, as the Bank kept dishing out the old Naira via their ATM machine and over the counter withdrawal, this as frighten many people and make the possibility of the old naira losing its value as a legal tender by 31st of January almost impossible.

For many Business owners who uses cash daily, including me… I have not gotten the new naira since November 2022, I just got it for the first time on Tuesday, 24th of January 2023.

See below the picture of the new Naira Notes I got;

Have you gotten yours? Let me have your response in the comment session below.

Please Note; CBN only changed N200, N500 and N1000 notes only, all other domination of Nigeria currency remains a legal tender.
