MESSAGE TOPIC: THE RISING GLORY – A SEASON OF DARKNESS

MESSAGE OBJECTIVE(S):
Understanding the darkness situation of our world today
THINGS TO NOTE:
1. The reason for rising and shining is because of the darkness situation of our world today
2. The Glory of light is revealed in the midst of darkness
Light is most outstanding, most beautiful, most catching in the midst of darkness
3. Darkness is never a threat to light; darkness actually communicates the relevance of light
4. The darkness of the earth has the vision of overwhelming the inhabitants of the earth with its impact
The darkness of the earth is choosing the inhabitants of the earth as amplifiers
It takes God for people to escape the darkness of their place
As a child of God, your assignment is to drown the climate and never be found or drowned in the climate
Never be a pastor who assists the devil to prophesy
WHAT IS DARKNESS?
1. Evil or demonic activity and power (Eph. 6:12)
We live in a world today that is multiplied in evil and demonic activities
2. Blindness and visionlessness (Deut. 28:29; Prov. 4:19; Job 5:14; 1 John 2:11)
We live in a world today where people in the church are in survival mode
3. Death and destruction (Job 18:18; 3:5; Ps. 143:3; Job 10:21)
We live in a world today that is ravaged with death and destruction
4. Silence or voicelessness (1 Sam. 2:9)
5. The mysterious and oblivious (Job 12:22; 1 Cor. 4:5; Dan. 2:22; Isa. 45:3)
6. Ignorance, confusion and lack of understanding (Ps. 82:5; Eccl. 2:13-14; Hos. 4:6; Eph. 1:17; Ps. 119:130; Gen. 3:1-3)
The devil does not care what you hear as long as you don’t understand
The devil does not care about the church you attend as long as you don’t commit
The devil is a master of keeping people in ignorance
A half-truth is a whole lie
7. Affliction, plagues and epidemics (Ps. 91:5-6)
8. Wickedness and cruelty (Prov. 4:19; Ps. 74:20; 1 John 2:9; 11)
We live in a wicked world and we don’t have any other option than to rise and fight against the wicked devil
9. Ungodliness and unrighteousness (John 3:19-20; 2 Cor. 6:14-15; Acts 26:18; Eph. 5:8; 1 Pet. 2:9)
Unrighteousness is darkness and Righteousness is light
We live in a wicked world where we need to stamp our feet and say no to darkness. Where we tell darkness you can do what you want but you can’t force me to agree to what you do.
10. Judgement (Nahum 1:8; Zech. 1:14-17; Exo. 10:21)
In this season of wickedness there is also divine judgment against the wicked
WHAT IS OUR ASSIGNMENT IN THIS SEASON OF DARKNESS?
1. Reject and resist the forces of darkness with every strength you possess (Eph. 5:11)
2. Refuse for your life and destiny to be swallowed by the climate of darkness (Eph. 5:11)
Refuse to be drowned, overpowered, overshadowed, be under the influence and finished by darkness
The most powerful native doctor on earth is less than the new-born baby in the Lord (Eph. 2:6)
Declare ‘The darkness may cover the earth but the darkness cannot cover my life’
3. You must determine to shine as light
If gross darkness is on the earth we need gross light; we can’t use little light to fight massive darkness
The worst form of decadence is decadence at the prayer altar
If you shoot for the stars, even if you don’t reach there, you will go very far
Don’t think that things just happen, they are made to happen
For every battle, the major need is the mantle.
PRAYERS:
Oh Lord, we ask that You will fill this house with Your glory Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (2 Chron. 7:1)
Father, I ask for an encounter that will counter the works of the devil and make me to count Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, help me to see what You have shown Your servant. A higher level and degree of light Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Ps. 36:9)
Father, in the Name of Jesus, baptize me with a new dimension of prayer fire. Let the mantle of prayer fire come upon me to move me to the next level Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Zech. 12:10)
Father, by the Spirit of prayer and supplication, shift my life and destiny to a new dimension Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Luke 9:29)
Father, in this Conference, as I leave, shift my manifestation to another level through the instrumentality of the spirit of prayer Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Rom. 8:19)
Father, today I stand to reject every force of darkness, every activity of darkness around my life, destiny, family, assignment and Nation, Nigeria. I stand to refuse and rebuke every work of darkness in my vicinity Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I refuse to be swallowed up by the darkness of my generation. My voice, life and assignment can never be drowned by the darkness of my generation. I refuse to be drowned Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I decree against every agent and altar of darkness against my life, my shining and my life’s assignment. Every altar and agent against my life, I command you to receive the judgment of fire, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I receive the mantle to tackle the battle against darkness in my life, family and assignment, I receive the mantle to bury the battle Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I escape the covering of darkness. Darkness shall not cover my voice, my voice shall be heard in the land of the living and in my generation, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Every arrow of evil fired from the pit of hell in your direction is refired back to sender!
– Any altar fighting your life and destiny is set on fire!
– Any equipment used to monitor your life is set on fire!
– The yoke is broken and you are free!
– Every testimony you have heard that you desire in your life is released to you in Jesus Name!
– Every evil report that enemy is planning to use against your life and ministry is set on fire!
– In the Name of Jesus, we escape the climate of darkness!
– You and everybody connected to you shall never be the victim of any epidemic or plague!
– Every wicked agent planted around your life and assignment in this season shall experience Divine judgment!
– No devil shall take out of your life what belongs to you!
– The last time they saw your back will be the last forever!
– Anyone here that the devil has made fruitless, I decree that barrenness is over!
– Every altar of your father or mother’s house fighting your life is set on fire!
– Every devil and his agents that wants to waste your life, go and waste them!
– Every chain around your life and destiny is breaking now!
– Everything that is covered around your life shall be unveiled!
– Before this conference is over you will hear something that will change your life!
– Every wicked man and woman and cruel devil looking for you or anyone connected and related to you, they shall finish and destroy themselves!
