The Power of thoughts

Thinking simply means pondering on a particular subject matter in the human mind.
The mind is the baking room of every individual. It is in the mind that we think and prepare what our next move or action will be.

Everyone thinks, either positive thinking or negative thinking. What you think upon determines the results you get.

What you think you become.
What you feel you attract.
What you imagine you create.
–Buddha

Our thoughts are powerful and they can make or mar a man. In most cases, our thoughts are built from what we see, hear and give attention to. If you want to change the direction of your thoughts, then change what you feed your mind with.

Your thoughts are the architect of your destiny. _David O Mckay

Great men don’t think or ponder on low or valueless things. They think about things that will move them forward.
No wonder they command results, they have already conceived it in their minds so their actions will be in that direction.

What you don’t want to see in your life, don’t think it.
The things you do are never by mistake, they have built up in your mind overtime.
The day a person steals is not the first day it crossed his/her mind.
The day a person cheats is not the first day the person thought about it.

Imagine you use your mind wisely to think positive things, one day you’ll see the manifestation. The results you get are as a result of the seeds you’ve sown in your mind.
If you meet a criminal in jail, that’s the result of his or her actions which was birth from the thoughts in the mind.
So also a person with good results has already conceived it in the mind and worked towards it.

Proverbs 23:7 KJV
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…

Therefore what you don’t want, you don’t watch. You have the power to change the course of your thinking by changing what you feed your mind on.

Romans 12:2 KJV
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The Bible admonishes us to renew our mind. To renew means to refresh, so no matter what you have already been thinking about it can be changed.
The word of God can change and renew your mind, Hebrews 4:12 there are alot of positive things in the scriptures to keep your mind busy with. Never should you allow the devil to suggest for you what to think about.
In 2 Samuel 13, Amnon allowed the devil suggest rubbish to him and he kept pondering on it, to worsen the matter he went to receive advice from another devil’s incarnate (Jonadab) and the end result was bad. So to keep your mind healthy, don’t allow the devil suggest what you should think about and also be careful with the kind of friends you take suggestions from.

Another important thing to note is that, God also looks at the mind of man. He hears our thoughts and yes, he answers them.
Ephesians 3:20 KJV
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.

So what you don’t want, don’t think.
