MESSAGE TOPIC: THE NECESSITY AND PROFIT OF VISION

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding why it is necessary, profitable and valuable to live with vision
THINGS TO NOTE:
1. People perish without vision means people flourish with vision
2. Understanding is key to success and profitability
Having vision alone is not enough, it is important to know and understand the vision you have
WHAT IS THE NECESSITY AND PROFITABILITY OF VISION?
1. Vision gives beauty to life (Gen. 1:1-4; Eccl. 11:7)
If you want your life to be beautiful and not ugly, you cannot live without vision
2. Vision gives meaning to life (Prov. 29:18)
Vision is what gives reason to life
3. Vision gives drive to life (Hab. 2:2)
People of vision are runners; vision fuels passion, energy and enthusiasm
4. Vision brings order and discipline to life (Prov. 29:18)
4a. People run wild without vision
4b. They dwell carelessly without vision
4c. They lack control without vision
4d. They exist in disorder without vision
THE DISCIPLINE OF VISION:
4i. The discipline of time use
4ii. The discipline of association
4iii. Financial discipline
4iv. The discipline of dietary habits
5. Vision brings focus to life and deliverance from distractions (Matt. 6:22)
What is not your vision, that is not your intention, does not command your attention
5a. Vision makes you to know where to direct your life’s energy
5b. Vision makes you to know where to direct your life’s time
5c. Vision makes you to know where to direct your life’s resources
5d. Vision helps you to know where to direct your association
Focus is key to impact
The absence of focus is the abundance of distraction; distraction divides energy and destroys life’s destiny
PRAYERS
Father, I refuse visionlessness and receive the impact of vision Lord in Jesus’ Name
Father, I ask that You will turn me into a wonder in my generation and help me to demonstrate Your Almightiness and power to my generation Lord, in Jesus Name (Matt. 6:33; Ps. 71:7; 18)
Father, thank You for this day You have made. We rejoice and we are glad in this day. Thank You also for the testimonies of the fast so far. To You alone be all the glory, Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 118:23, 24.
Father, thank You for this third day of the fast. We ask that Your Power of resurrection will quicken and raise up everything in our lives in the Name of Jesus Christ – Hosea 6:2.
Father, I ask for the fresh Baptism of passion for Your Presence this year, Lord in Jesus Name. I ask for the Baptism of fresh fire for my life, family, and church, Dunamis in 2023, Lord in Jesus Name –Psalm 42:1-2.
Father, I ask for fresh fire for Kingdom service for my life, family, and Church, Dunamis in 2023, Lord in Jesus Name. Help us, Lord, to serve You with fire and passion, Lord in Jesus Name – Rom. 12:11.
Father, I ask for a fresh fire and passion for soul-winning for my life, family, and church, Dunamis in 2023, Lord in the Name of Jesus Christ. Help us to win souls that abide, Lord in Jesus Name –Psalm 110:3; John 15:16.
Father, I ask for a full-blast revival of Your Presence, Power and Righteousness over our Nation, Nigeria in this season Lord in the Name of Jesus Christ. Give us the rain of refreshing to arrest the agenda of evil in our land, Lord in Jesus Name – Zech. 10:1.
Father, thank You for answered prayers. To You alone be all the praise Lord in Jesus Name – 1 John 5:14.
