THE FUTURE OF THE CHURCH IN AFRICA AS PROPHESIED BY APOSTLE AYO BABALOLA

RAW FAITH SERIES: THE FUTURE OF THE CHURCH IN AFRICA AS PROPHESIED BY APOSTLE AYO BABALOLA.

The great Apostle Ayo Babalola once shared a vision he saw with other ministers, it was 3 palmfronts.

The first one was fresh, cool and blistering of life.

The second one was pale, not fresh and loosing its vigour.

The third was dried, weak but still with life.

He encouraged them to pray that the church remains as the first.

When close associates perused him further, his mood change, his eyes laced with emotions, he told them, the Lord said if we follow all that he commanded as a church, the result is the unmeasured domineering effect of the holyspirit.

We shall glow in glory. Like he always did, he recited Psalm 128 off hand.

If we pervert or compromise standard, like the pale palm front that’s what we happen.

As soon as he said this, he begged them to pray, he said the church shall determine the future of Africa(awa alawo dudu)

He said it’s better we remain in our first estate because if we don’t, the second state is a mixed church, godliness mixed with worldliness.

Strong in size weak in strength.

Everyone with him kept quiet as he said this, the third must not happen even if nothing can destroy the church, worldliness will render her powerless.

He showed them Matthew 5:13.

It was during lent, the famous book warning against unrighteousness (sins that will hinder a believer from enjoying the all of God leading to hell ) was documented by the great Apostle that week.

Some church elders said it was the late Prophet D.O Babajide that wrote it as Baba Ayo Babalola told them.

Everyone around him thought baba was referring to C.A.C when he used the church, he was referring to the body of Christ.

How did I know this, he told them about C.A.C root being within the ribs of Jesus while rounding up prayers that day.

He used ijo(church) but when it was time to roundup he used ijo yi(this church).

It was a warning that came before our time, it’s a word for the church that determines the destiny of nations.

They roared in prayers that God preserve and help his church.

Look around today in the light of this prophecy, what do you see.

Note the following thing:
* He spoke the mind of God
* He spoke about the solution
* He prayed and encouraged others to pray too.
* He loves God, the church and the nation.

I am tempted to say more but for the purpose of edification I shall stop here.

Faith accepts the will, rejects the work of the devil and embraced the instruction from God.

That’s the testimony of the men who went ahead of us, there is still hope.

If you read again you shall know why I posted this piece.

There are no failure in the school of faith.

Blessings.

AT Joel.
