The Concept of Kingdom Prosperity

TOPIC; UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF PROSPERITY (PART 2)

Scripture; Psalm 35: 27. Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Beloved, I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter!

Previously, we began by saying God desires you to prosper! We looked further into what prosperity is and various dimensions/kinds of prosperity. Today, we intend to shed more light on the concept of prosperity.

From our anchor scripture (PS.35;27), we discover that God has pleasure in your prosperity if you are His servant!

This is in consonance with the fact that God desires you to prosper. Whatever is fighting your prosperity is not of God.

What is prosperity?

Prosperity means to enjoy the fullness of the blessings of God.

All over the world, you will never see men wishing you long life and poverty, it is always long life and prosperity! Meaning enjoy all the blessings of God while you live long.

What are the different kinds of prosperity?

1. Relational prosperity
2. Mental prosperity
3. Spiritual prosperity (details in yesterday meditation)
4. Bodily prosperity: This is prosperity where your body is well and sound! Health is wealth!

Bodily prosperity means to be free from sickness, diseases, infirmity and any forms of pains. It is being free from every evil yokes and oppression of darkness that sponsor sickness.

If you aren’t prospering in your health you cannot achieve your destiny. Your body needs you, that is why you must not abuse it in any capacity. If you are not fasting eat healthy, exercise normally and never you make poor dietary decisions.

No matter how anointed a man is, when the body is dead, the anointing leaves because it is the body that provides accommodation for the anointing.

Therefore take care of your body, rest adequately because God wants you to prosper in your health.

Some persons break health laws in an attempt to make money and after making the money, they end up using the money to service their health that they had destroyed with their own hands.(3Jn 1: 2)

5. Financial prosperity: It means freedom from poverty, lack and freedom from effects that come with them.

You know poverty produces a lot of negative impacts, it is when you are free from such negative impact that lack and poverty brings that you can say, you are prospering financially.

It also means having abundance of financial supplies with the means of replenishing and sustaining them.

Financial prosperity is the most debated prosperity! Infact everywhere you hear people talk about prosperity, their idea of prosperity is finance.

Well prosperity goes beyond finance! It encompasses the totality of man. As we have seen, it entails, relationship- you should not be saying you are prospering when you are not touching lives! Infact, people’s greatness should be traceable to you.

This is where you build relationships/team that have come up to the point of duplicating what you do. Mental prosperity- where your mind is at work setting people free, taking pains and lifting burdens etc. Then of course spiritual, bodily and financial prosperity.

What is the difference between lack and poverty?

Poverty is a state where you lack what to exchange as value or service for money. It comes with greed, insecurity and fear.

Lack on the other hand is having insufficient or not enough to handle what you want. That you have something to exchange for a reward (money) but it is not enough to handle your needs.

Remember this: Heaven is real and hell is real! The decision to spend eternity with God is now, make the right choice today.

Prayer points;

– Father thank you for your word to me today.
– Lord I receive grace for prosperity in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Declaration:

– I prophesy the release of your health from the power that has hijacked it in the name of Jesus.
– I declare wisdom for kingdom prosperity, receive it now in the name of Jesus.
