FEBRUARY 2023 BLESSING SUNDAY SERVICE – SUNDAY 5TH FEBRUARY 2023

MESSAGE TOPIC: THE BLESSING OF DEDICATION

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S):
1. Understanding the Blessing of Dedication
2. Understanding the dimensions of the Blessing of dedication
3. Understanding the way to the Blessing of dedication
The Bible makes it clear that addition follows dedication
The things that are valuable and profitable in life are added to the life of the dedicated
SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF THE DEDICATED AND THE THINGS ADDED TO THEM:
1. Abraham – Abraham’s dedication to God set him apart from his family and ushered him into the realm of wealth and resources (Gen. 12:1-3; 13:2; 24:1,35)
2. The Levites – Dedication to God separated the Levites unto God for service, distinguished them among the tribes of Israel and caused God to become their possession (Ex. 32:26; Num. 18:21; Deut. 10:8-9)
There is no limit to what God can give a man that is dedicated to Him.
How far you want to go with God determines how far God will go with you
Don’t waste your time pursuing the mundane things of this life; waste your time pursuing God and He will give you Himself, and you will become a mystery to people
3. Job – Dedication to God made Job the greatest and wealthiest man in his generation (Job 1:1-3, 10)
Job was a man with a notorious God-identity
4. Solomon – Dedication to God made Solomon to be the wealthiest and most outstanding king, not just of his time but of all times (1 Kings 3:3-4; 10:23-25)
If the Bible was to be written again, what would they write that you love?
What do you love? What causes the energy of your life to rise? It determines what God can do with your life
5. King Uzziah – Dedication to God made King Uzziah to connect popularity, authority, and prosperity in his generation (2 Chron. 26:4-5,9-15, 16-23).
Don’t let any devil tell you that you are wasting your time pursuing God
For as long as you won’t forget the God of your making, you cannot forfeit your making in life.
When you become too big for God, you become too small to remain up; a crash is inevitable
DIMENSIONS OF THE BLESSING OF DEDICATION:
1. Exemption
2. Distinction
3. Provision/Prosperity (Matt. 6:33)
4. Greatness
5. Influence
THE WAY OF THE DEDICATION THAT PROVOKES THE BLESSING:
1. Unwavering, unquestionable obedience to God (Gen. 12:1-3)
2. A public stand for God (Ex. 32:26)
3. Committed service to God (Deut. 10:8)
4. The reverential fear of God (Job 1:1; Prov. 8:13)
5. Affection and passion for God (1 Kings 3:3a)
6. Giving and sacrificial living (1 Kings 3:4-5; Matt. 6:21)
7. The consistent pursuit of God (2 Chron. 26:5, 16)
PRAYERS
Father, thank You for Your Word to me; I receive this Word with thanksgiving, Lord in Jesus Name.
Father, I pray for the grace for consistent, continuous, and tireless pursuit of You; I receive that grace now Lord, in Jesus’ Name (Ps. 63:8; Jer. 29:13)
Father, thank You for Your help and mercy that we have experienced in Nigeria so far. Father, we ask that You will confirm in the election season that Nigeria is Yours and the fullness thereof, Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 24:1.
Father, we ask for the mystery of Babel, the spirit of confusion and internal confrontation in the camps of the wicked political institutions that seek to enslave the destiny of the people of Nigeria. Scatter them by Your wind of confusion, Lord in Jesus Name – Gen. 11:7,8.
Father, we ask that the swords of those who want Nigeria destroyed be turned against each other.
We ask that the swords of the killers be turned against their political senders and sponsors in this season, Lord in Jesus Name – 2 Chron. 20:22-23.
Father, we ask for the frustration of every enchantment or divination against the people and Nation of Nigeria in this season of elections. We decree that every such spell or blanket of confusion or manipulation to make the wrong choice or cast the wrong vote be destroyed in the Name of Jesus Christ – Numbers 23:23.
Father, we take authority over every attempted human blood sacrifice for the sake of the forthcoming elections. We decree all such attempts nullified and neutralized by the Blood of Jesus in Jesus Name – Rev. 12:11a.
Father, we ask that You will turn the hearts of the people of Nigeria like rivers of water in the direction of Your Will in the forthcoming elections, Lord in Jesus Name. Make the people of the land to vote Your Will, Lord in Jesus Name – Prov. 21:1.
Father, we ask that You will cause all things to work together towards Your purpose in the forthcoming elections, Lord in Jesus Name. We ask that all electoral officers, party agents and security personnel will work together at the polls to birth the right results, Lord in Jesus Name – Rom. 8:28.
Father, we ask that judgment will begin to answer on the head of every evil man, woman, or politician who has a plan to derail the purpose of God in this season; Father, let the judgment arise and land on their heads, Lord in Jesus Name – Ezra 7:26
Thank You Lord for answered prayers. To You be all the glory Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
FEBRUARY 2023 PROPHETIC PARENTAL BLESSINGS:
– I release upon you today the Blessing of His presence,
– I release upon you today, the grace for upright living, the grace for kingdom service, the grace for sacrificial giving, sacrificial living, the grace for consistent pursuit of God, the grace for affection and passion for God!
– I release upon the blessing of peace – every trace of crisis in your life is arrested, in Jesus’ Name!
– I release upon you the blessing of life – you cannot die before your time! Every premature grave prepared for you or your loved ones, I declare them covered in Jesus’ Name! Everyone who wants you dead, and will not repent from that decision, they shall be laid to rest in your place, in Jesus’ Name!
– I release upon you the Blessing of Divine direction and the Blessing of preservation, receive it now!
– I release upon the Blessing of provision, supernatural supplies – in this season of scarcity, I declare that’s systems shall lose their peace, sleep and rest until what is yours enters into your hands! When men are cast down you shall say there is a lifting up! You shall not drown with those who are drowning, in Jesus’ Name!
– I prophesy upon you the Blessing of revelation – your eyes be opened to see the Scriptures and to see in the spirit, in Jesus’ Name!
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– You won’t die like others died!
– That death looking for you returns back to hell!
COMMUNION FOCUS (1 CORINTHIANS 10:16):
– Communion for the communication of the Blessing.
