SOME PASTORS GIVE THE EXCUSE OF YOUTH LEAVING THE CHURCH FOR THE PREACHING OF GRACE OVER SANCTIFICATION

Day One, Week of Spiritual Emphasis

*However, when you ask, “Why do you want them back?” Money. Nothing.
*They always have bills to pay, I don’t know where they get it from.
*Grace is dominion over sin for those who believe, not license to sin.
*For it is the same Paul that said, “shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?”

Bless the name of the Lord for bringing you to a brand-new month today. Thank Him for keeping watch over you since January, all through to the Month of August. For bringing you and I into this awesome great month. The month of September, the month that God will remember you, to deliver to you, your own Turnaround Package for the year. The balance of your Turnaround package is coming your way by the hand of the Lord.
Give God thanks for the privilege to see another brand-new month.
Give Him thanks for the amazing packages in store for you this month. Celebrate Him.
In Jesus precious name we have prayed.

Here in the Kingdom of Christ, what we know does not change us, but what we do with what we know.
Matthew 7:24-27
It is not what we know that changes us but what we do with what we know. Every testimony you have ever heard in this place: somebody heard something and he did something with it; then God confirmed it into a testimony.
Whatever He tells you to do, do it: Don’t quote it, don’t preach it.
Do it first, when you experience it, then say it.
John 2:5
I will like you to receive the ‘Doing’ grace. There is so much that God has told you in your privacy, as you read the Bible, as you dwell on tapes, so much light. But here you are, the ‘Doing’ grace is not there, so the light is not producing, it is not adding up. There is no reflection.

Prayers: Receive the ‘Doing’ grace. That is the grace that makes the difference.
It is not the ‘knowing’ grace, it is not the knowledge but how much of it we apply ourselves to. How much of that we apply to ourselves?

God said, “this is the place”, it won’t make any meaning if we did not obey. We will be up in the wilderness, struggling for survival because we will not do what He said, because we are smarter than what He said, we know better than He does. He does not know much Geography, He does not know much traffic rules, regulations, congestion; so we want to educate Him: Lord, “this is the place” cannot be for now, Yes or No?
He will say: answer yourself.
If it is for now, these are the challenges we will have:
1. Lack of vehicles.
2. Traffic forever.
3. Name the remaining

Anything you won’t do, won’t add no value to you. May you never pose to be smarter than God because that is how to play the biggest fool. To pose to be smarter than God is playing the biggest fool.
“The foolish man says there is no God”: what are we looking for God? He defines such individual as a fool. When God’s Word does not hold water to us, we are losing out in the race of life.
-You will not lose out.

This month, God has laid out His agenda for us in that Prophetic Focus captioned:
GODLINESS IS PROFITABLE UNTO ALL THINGS.
That means ungodliness is the gateway to loses in all areas.
1 Timothy 4:8
It is the only spiritual virtue that functions outside this space.
Faith is of no value in Heaven.
Signs and Wonders doesn’t hold water.
Prophecy has come to an end.
Nothing of all spiritual virtues continues to the other side except godliness.
Great Faith, Great Prosperity, Great Breakthroughs: they all stop here. The only thing that follows anybody to the gate of heaven is godliness: right standing and walking with God. We talk about right standing all the time. I mean right walking with God. If all you do is stand, you will be stagnated, but we walk by faith.
He told Abraham: walk before Me and be thou perfect – Genesis 17
Not stand before Me , walk before Me.
We are giving capacity to stand, then we do the walking.
“Come along with Me and be thou perfect”
And two cannot walk together except they be agreed – Amos 3:3
He is the Thrice Holy God.
We go on to perfection, we don’t stand on, we go on. It is an ever forward moving virtue. You go on, not that we are perfect, but one thing we do, forgetting the things that are behind, we press: On the Move, walking with Jesus.

No sportsman excels in his field without engaging in appropriate exercises. You can’t pray yourself to emerge an Olympic Star. You pray for grace to exercise yourself. Prayer will not replace the exercise. Every child of God is a Spiritual sportsman that needs to exercise himself if he must excel. Nobody can excel in godliness without exercising himself unto godliness.
Acts 24:16 – “I exercise myself”; I am not wishing it. No, I refuse. No, I won’t. No, never. No, not me.
“I exercise myself to always have a conscience, void of offence towards God and towards man.”
1 Corinthians 9:24
Not so cry, not so pray: “so run”
1 Corinthians 9:26-27
That is also talking about godliness.

That you fall on the track once does not get you out of the race: bounce back and go back. Cheer up for the next match.
Nobody can experience true godliness without taking practical responsibility.
All these things: You don’t do anything, God just loves you. When the Trumpet sounds and the righteous take off, you can’t fake going up. No.
Nobody is there to attend to any explanation and there we will be always with the Lord. So anybody left behind here, he is the one who knows what he is looking for.
The Trumpet shall sound and the saints shall be caught up in glory.
-No one under the sound of my voice tonight will be left behind.

Violent opposition from hell but only the violent believers will take their portion by force.

The provision for our righteousness has been fully made

He took our place in sin, so we can take His place in righteousness.
Provision already made.
1 John 3:7-8
It is a doing. You put up a fight to get it done.
When He announced, “it is finished”: sin has no more dominion over the believer – John 19:30
The same way He took our infirmity, yet we are attacked by sickness and we fight back: No, He already paid the price – Matthew 8:17, Isaiah 53:5
If we fight back the same way against sin, we will begin to command dominion easily. It is the will of God that we will be sanctified, the price is fully paid.
Romans 6:14
Dominion over sin for those who believe, not license to sin. For it is the same Paul that said, “shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?”
We have been engraced to subdue the dominion of sin, to command dominion of sin but it takes a fight.
Therefore, fight the good fight of faith so you can lay hold on the provision of eternal life which includes our dominion over sin – 1 Timothy 6:12

The battle against sin as mentioned in that Epistle is the fiercest of all battles in a believer’s life.
Hebrews 12:1-4
That makes it the deadliest battle we face.

Why must we endeavour to strive unto death? The reason is simple. No one can make Heaven with sin.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
That is why it must be a fight to finish if you want to make Heaven.
How many truly want to make Heaven here?
Remember the devil has a 3-fold mandate: to steal, to kill and ultimately destroy – John 10:10
“Thou O Lord will bless the righteous”: He (devil) wants to steal the blessing.
Psalm 5:12
He wants to rob you and me of our inheritance through sin.
Acts 20:32
He is a master robber, he is called the thief, the father of all thieves. He is on a robbery mission, day and night.
Psalm 125:3
“God will not allow the rod of the wicked to rest upon the lot of the righteous”: God is very jealous over the lives of the righteous. They are the apples of His eyes.
Psalm 34:7, 19
He wants to rob you and me of our defence, our protection, our shield in Christ.
That’s why it must be an all out fight. A fight to finish the source of the battle: he hasn’t changed, he cannot change, his mission remains intact – to steal, kill and destroy; He (devil) is the spirit of disobedience, so he makes you to disobey the Word of God, so he can rob you of the blessings that come through obedience.
All those breakthroughs listed in Deuteronomy chapter 28 verses 1 to 13. They are direct raw products of your raw obedience to God.
So he (devil) puts you in a valley, he won’t let you go up because he won’t let you obey God.
You know why poverty is raging the Body? They will not do anything God said to do over financial liberty:
He sees the needy: he laughs at him.
Proverbs 28:27
“I don’t have enough. God even knows I don’t have, I can’t give to anybody”: so he keeps wallowing in lack and want.
“Now, don’t talk to me about tithes, I am not a fool”: Thank You. You are the wisest. Go and open the windows of Heaven by yourself, let me see. You have the key, why not?
Malachi 3:10
He won’t let him do it so he can rob him of the blessings that God has for him in obedience.

Ephesians 6:12, 2 Corinthians 10:4, Ephesians 6:16

Among others, we must learn to engage the weapon of the blood of Jesus, it is a forgotten thing today, to destroy the captivity of sin
“and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb” – people hardly engage that today. Why?

Revelation 12:11, Hebrews 9:14
Every sin has its roots in our thoughts and not just thoughts of the mind, it seeps its way into the mind – Proverbs 23:7, Proverbs 4:23
Only the Blood has access to your inside – Hebrews 9:14
When the thought rises, engage the Blood to crush it – Mark 7:21-23
How much power do we have? We only have power in the Blood to root out every ungodly thoughts in our hearts.
Zechariah 9:11-12
As an evil thought begins to spring, the Blood of Jesus and He sends you the lifeline, you are out of that pit.
I think we will be having a good workshop this time, great workshop.
If nobody will get Heaven, He won’t be building mansions there. He knows the end from the beginning. He knows many will get there. You know many starts from 2. He is still building mansions right now and He doesn’t build to waste. They don’t demolish in Heaven, whatever the Lord does shall be forever.
-There is a Mansion there now, you won’t miss your own.

There were 12 thrones in Heaven, Judas missed his own.
Luke 22:28-30
They were 12, he (Judas) lost his own.
-You won’t lose your mansion.
I think somebody took his place, his name is Paul, who never saw Jesus face to face. Paul took the place of Judas.
Judas lost his crown by giving place to the devil. He was so empty that satan had where he could enter – Luke 22:3.
There was no light in him even though he was hanging around Jesus.
– Somebody is breaking new levels.
We engage the Blood to deal with the mystery of iniquity.

THE NATURE OF SIN
Sin is deceptive. You must know the enemy you are fighting, otherwise you cannot overcome him. Sin is deceptive from the origin. Eve was deceived out of the garden of Eden into the wilderness. The relationship of Adam and Eve became strained through deception. He is a liar and the father of lies, so he specializes in deception.
2 Corinthians 11:3
Very simple: His commandments are not grievous Sir – 1 John 5:3
“Everybody in Nigeria is a thief”: Is that correct? Are you a thief?
He is so skillful in deceit that he (devil) has capacity to deceive the whole world at the same time.
Sin is deceptive, therefore be vigilant, be sober, your adversary the devil is looking for who to deceive and ultimately destroy – 1 Peter 5:8.
Sin is deceptive. You don’t hear the sound of a serpent on a rock, it glides, if you can’t see it, it bites you.
When it is in the thicket, the grass may move, but on the rock, it has no sound, no footprints.

2. Sin is destructive: The ultimate purpose of sin is to destroy its victims. In the heat of that revival, Ananias and Sapphira were destroyed to lying. Sin is destructive.
Achan lost his entire household to sin, “I saw it, I coveted it and I took it. Behold it is under my tent.”
Absalom lost his place due to rebellion: 250 people or thereabout followed him foolishly and lost their lives.
Sin is deceptive.
Answer: Be sober, be vigilant, the adversary is looking for you.
He (Jesus) said, “Simon, Simon, satan desires to have you. He wants to shake you off your feet, but I’ll pray for you that thy faith faileth not.”
He (satan) is looking for every one of us. He won’t catch you.
Sin is destructive.

We must also know the spiritual forces behind sin.
We look at two of them.
1. Unclean spirits:
What is unclean spirit? The spirit that works uncleanliness.
Zechariah 3:1-5
The spirit behind filthiness, it went after Joshua the high priest. Jesus said, “the prince of this w orld came to Me and has nothing in Me”

The answer: Be careful of spiritual emptiness – Matthew 12:43-45
Avoid spiritual emptiness, otherwise the filthy garments will come back again. Don’t take the risk on going for spiritual vacation. Don’t bank on your spiritual experience. If he (unclean spirit) comes and find you empty, he will bring 7 more wicked devils and make the end of that man worse than the beginning.

2. Seducing spirits and doctrines of devils: These are forces we are fighting against.
1 Timothy 4:1-2
Doctrines that challenge the validity of the Truth. Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron.

Somebody was asked, “Sir, you used to preach sanctification, the fear of God, godliness. What happened?”
He said: all the youth in our Church are gone to where they preach grace, so I had to start preaching grace.
Conscience seared with hot iron.
Now ask: Why do you want them back? Money. Nothing.
They always have bills to pay, I don’t know where they get it from. They always have bills to pay.
This has been on since inception of this Ministry. It is not just calculated, it is part of the Mandate we are given to make people ready for Heaven.
-You will make it.

There is no new generation truth. Every statement of scripture is valid for life – 2 Corinthians 13:8, Psalm 119:89
The Truth is far above every civilization that this world will ever experience. Far ahead!!!
Long before man discovered that the world was round, everybody said it was flat. In fact if you say it was not flat, they kill you. It was so bad.
But God had written, from the beginning, how the earth was. He sits upon the circles of the earth. They didn’t know it.
The flashlights in Ezekiel are motor vehicles.
The chariot of fire that took Elijah is a space craft.
No civilization under heaven will ever overtake the truth. Civilization is always trying to catch up with the truth.
Wake up.
Sir, there is no one that will make heaven with sin. There is nobody here that is shareholder, you can’t say, “where is my share?” He owns all the shares. You can only get there on his terms not your terms.
You must win this war because you must make it.
That He has built a mansion for you does not guarantee your access.
He spoke live, directly to Judas, they were all there clapping, “sitting on thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel”: he sold it off, he lost it out. Luke 22:30
-You won’t lose your own.
Seducing spirits and doctrine of the devil is moving fast on the earth today. You better build a bulwark against it.
2 Thessalonians 2:11
Why? They will not retain God in their knowledge – Romans 1:28-32
Caution!

BENEFITS OF GODLINESS
2 benefits of godliness that we look at tonight:
1. It provides access to favour.
It engenders access to favour – Psalm 5:12
Joseph had it in the house of Potiphar – Genesis 39:2-3.
The favour followed him to the prison – Genesis 39:21-22
And finally to the Palace.
Favour! And his testimony, “but I fear God” – Genesis 42:18
His action: How shall I do this thing and sin against God – Genesis 39:9, 42:18
Favour will always accompany the righteous.
-You will not suffer misfortune anymore in your life.
That is what the enemy is after. He wants to rob you of your heritage of favour by subscribing to the law of sin and death.
-He will not succeed.

2. It guarantees health and vitality:
Remember Jesus said, not every sickness is because of sin, but a number are because of sin.
“Go and sin no more lest a worst thing than this come on thee” – John 5:14
The man was tied down by a plague caused by sin for 38 years, Jesus set him free.
The paralytic man that was brought down through the roof, “thy sin be forgiven thee” – Mark 2:4-5
-Whatever affliction, torment that sin may have caused anyone, you are walking out of them finally tonight.

Now the good, good news: God never counts our past against us if we will truly repent of them – Ezekiel 18:20-24
Repent and validate your repentance by a change that is real and God will write off the past as if they never existed.
That is the good, good news about sanctification.
God is not looking for who to kill, your God is not a killer, He is not a destroyer. He is looking for who to make alive – Ezekiel 18:23

It is a lifelong battle and you have what it takes to win the war.

We are in the era of the rise of giants in the Body but all the giants in scriptures have their foundation in the fear of the Lord. All the giants listed in scriptures have their foundation in the fear of the Lord.
2 Timothy 2:19-21
You can’t emerge a star in God’s agenda without letting go of these debris that want to cover your glory.

Prayers: Speak to the Lord whatever is in your heart.
It is a brand-new day, anybody can turn at any time of he truly chooses to…Anybody can choose to return today from his waywardness to godliness; from sin to righteousness; from carnality to spirituality.
God can’t tell you to be holy if He has not made it possible to happen.
I take responsibility today by the Word I have heard to live a life that pleases you at all times.
Cast off that filthy garment, you don’t want it, cast it off. Cast it off, it is not yours, it is not your portion.
Whatever will stop your flight and rapture, cast it off.
Hell is not meant for you and I, it is meant for the devil and his agents, but he is all out to carry a lot of people along that will let him carry them.
No, you won’t carry me, satan you won’t carry me. I will not let you carry me, I have made my choice today.
Hallelujah.
I refuse to be empty anymore, in Jesus precious name we have prayed.

When you park your car outside, no matter how neat the area where you live, after 3 days, don’t try to lean on it. All the dust in the environment has settled on it. When you are inactive for God, you gather dust unconsciously. When you are a docile Christian, you gather dust continuously.
You can’t lean on that car, it is dusty

Prayers: Grace to be in active service for my God, to keep me neat all the time, receive it.
In Jesus precious name we have prayed.

Nobody’s inheritance in Christ shall be lost to another.
Your package for the year shall be wholesomely delivered.
The sanctification required to partake of your inheritance, grace to walk in it, receive it right now.

Well, between you and God, settle it tonight.
If the Trumpet sounds any time, are you truly, biblically ready?
Settle it tonight. It is only Godly sorrow that works repentance. What you are happy with, you can never be free from. Remember there is no gift of the Spirit that leads us to eternity, only righteousness does.

As you partake of this Communion tonight, for every truly repentant heart, whatever you have turned your back on will never find its way into your life anymore in the name of Jesus.
