MONDAY MENTORSHIP IN MINISTRY:
WHEN IT COMES TO CROWD IN MINISTRY, SPIRIT IS TRULY INVOLVED:
I AM BEGINNING TO AGREE WITH A MAN WHO ALWAYS TELL ME THAT SPIRIT IS INVOLVED:
BUT I MAY NOT KNOW WHICH SPIRIT HE IS TALKING ABOUT:
IS LIKE THERE IS A CONNECTION BETWEEN SPIRIT AND CROWD:
BUT LET US STAY WITH THE SPIRIT WE KNOW AND UNDERSTAND:
A man sleeps with all the girls in town, but the crowd still stays with him.
You that is very holy, you are not seeing the crowd.
A man moves from one police station to another police station weekly to bail himself from his too many atrocities. He still comes back to meet the crowd clapping for him. You don’t even have the first police case, yet no crowd.
A man is divorced and remarried, the crowd followed him from his old marriage to his new marriage, you are doing very well with your wife, yet no crowd.
Not even a marriage fellowship crowd.
A man closes late the crowd sits with him and keeps coming and going home late. You are time conscious yet no crowd to enjoy your timeliness.
A man is moving from one social media scandal to another, the crowd is increasing with every scandal, you without one scandal, no crowd to enjoy your good character.
A man can’t even preach or teach, the crowd gathers weekly to hear him preach nothing, just shouting, you with depth in God’s word, you are speaking Hebrew and Greek to empty chairs.
A man tells you it is not in fasting, that he has never done one day dry fast since God called him, yet the crowd is with him eating and drinking weekly, yet you do 40 days fasting every year without the crowd coming.
How can a man who doesn’t fast be more anointed than a fasting machine?
You can only see that in Nigeria.
The one that is very fear full, A man arranges miracles, with those fake miracles, the crowd gathers to him. You see genuine miracles and genuine testimonies in your meetings, yet no crowd.
Let us not talk about churches where in the name of sacrifices, members drop their houses, cars, and lands, and give in millions, yet your own people are complaining of a seed of 20,000 you call for after a meeting.
Spirit is truly involved.
I know you will say, that ministry is not about the crowd.
That is our consolation, ministry is not about the crowd but disciples.
But have you also considered you can carry a crowd of disciples like Deeper life to Heaven?
Let me help you come out of this confusion with 5 counsels.
So that you don’t run into any form of evil.
1. Crowd is the result of the involvement of spirit. Stay with the Spirit you understand that will not lead to any regret at the end of the day. We have Holy Spirit and Evil spirit. one of them is always at work anywhere you see a crowd gathered.
2. Money and multitude are two inseparable twins.
Cash and crowd are also two inseparable twins.
So, therefore, faithfully develop the people you have until you come into a season of wealth for church explosion.
Do you know what one hundred million in your hand will do?
Just announce next week that you have 1 cartoon of indomie for the first 500 people that will come to church.
Each family will recruit people on your behalf.
Keep at it, when you gain heaven’s trust, you will be entrusted with heaven’s treasures.
3. Remove the crowd from your mind and focus on building the people God gave you for now. Tomorrow is very pregnant.
Remember
God will always keep you in your wilderness until you are fully matured for your greatness.
4. Don’t love crowds to the point where you become a lair. A church with 5000 chairs on the entire church facilities, will say they are 30,000 people in three services, without any person standing in each of the services. Even if you repeat the same people three times, as long as no one was standing in any service, it can’t be even 20,000 people.
A Pastor who falsifies church attendance will go to the same hell with a Pastor who goes to the devil to get power to gather a crowd. Because according to the scriptures, all liars shall have their part in hell.
5. Accept your destiny, not everyone will pastor the crowd. Know it and know peace. Some are kingmakers, even though they will never occupy the throne in their lifetime. But whoever must occupy the throne, must go through them.
Which crowd did Kenneth Hagin and Myles Murroe of blessed memory had?
What about Kenneth Copeland and Dr. Mike Mudduck?
Ministry is knowing your place and staying there.
If you fake the crowd, can you fake the income of the church?
Relax and be faithful with the little you have now.
You are on your way to greatness.
As for me, I have seen crowd and I have also seen disciples, and I have made my choice. Based on what is good for me ultimately.
