Give thanks in all circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Thanksgiving is a very crucial part of a believer; you can’t do away with it as a believer. It takes a thanks giver to receive more from the Lord or to get perfection and a sealing of what has been done.
Look at the story of the ten lepers that Jesus healed and told them to go and show themselves to the priest, all of them went but only one came back to give thanks and Jesus told him to go that you have been made whole. All the others were healed but there is still sings that they had leprosy before but that one leper received a total healing and no signs of he being affected by leprosy before.
You see what thanks giving does, in everything you are facing or whatever thing that you are going through, thanks giving is your way out.
I heard of a testimony of a woman that her son died, she was not at home at that time and was called by her neighbor, on getting home she started giving thanks and singing praises to God, everyone was wondering what she was doing, they expected her to cry but she didn’t, she was giving thanks instead and not so long, her son coughed and came back to life.
Thanksgiving is lifestyle for a believer, you might not know what is going on in the spiritual but something is happening whenever you give thanks.
Be a thanks giver always and it will surprise you what you will achieve doing that.
