Thursday Morning Session: 9am
Thursday Evening Session: 5pm
📍: A0 Arena, New Bridge Street, Manchester (M3 1AR), United Kingdom.
📣 IMPORTANT NOTICE: We kindly ask that if you registered for the onsite events but are unable to attend physically, please cancel your tickets to allow other attendees to take your place. You can do so following the steps below:
1. Find the confirmation email you received from Eventbrite when you registered for the event.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email and click on the “View and manage your order online” link.
3. This will take you to a web page where you can see the details of your order (if so proceed to step 6) or are required to login.
4. If required to login, click on “Email me a Login link” and enter the email you used to register.
5. Login via the email link sent.
6. Click on the “Cancel Order” button located next to your ticket details.
7. You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your ticket. Click on the “Cancel Order” button to complete the cancellation process.
8. Once your ticket is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite.
