GOD TOOK OUR BUNGALOW AND RETURNED IT YESTERDAY AS A 6 BEDROOM DUPLEX;

We started Answers’ Assembly on November 3rd, 2013.

As God will have it, by 2014 we bought 3 plots of land and started building Answers Cathedral. A 3000-capacity church Auditorium with offices and a children’s facility attached to it at both ends of the building.

Six months into our yearly rent of 1.2 million naira, our landlord approached us that he needs additional rent for one year or we vacate the property. Under pressure, we had to pay another 1.2 million naira that will expire in November 2015.
We saw all of these as signs that we need to quickly build and move away from the challenge of managing such a landlord. All resources we had was put into the building. Three months before the expiration of our rent, the landlord gave us quit notice, to move immediately after the rent expires because he has seen a church that will pay better.

I had no choice but to sell the only house I had in Warri to quickly do the decking of the Cathedral, at least for members to worship under the decking. I and my wife agreed to sell the house and give the entire money as a sacrifice for the decking. We were able to do the decking from the sale of that house.

By the last Sunday of October 2015, just a few days before the expiration of the rent, we moved into the building and started doing service under the decking. With the help of God, we were able to complete the entire cathedral and dedicated it in November 2016 to the Glory of God.

It was a thing of joy to give the only house you have for the building of God’s house.

God who doesn’t forget our labor of love for his kingdom, moved us yesterday into a 6 bedroom Duplex, all ensuite, 3 sitting rooms, with a gym and a security house attached to it. With enough space for cars and indoor events.
