It is what you do with your assignment that determines the degree of impact your life will command.

If you have to demonstrate love for your assignment, you must work.

You want honour and you want to shine? Then, love your assignment

Thank You Lord for the wondrous works in our midst. I thank my Father, Pastor David Ibiyeomie for the opportunity to be standing here today.

Please note, our lives are deliberate designs of God with specific intention and purpose. No one is here for nothing and no one is here by mistake. Mathew 5:13-15.

Let your light so shine before men so that glory will be given to God. We are born into God’s kingdom to shine and season the world. It is when you work on your assignment and it shines that glory comes to God.

Our shining is what validate the authenticity of the word of God to our world. If we refuse to shine, it does not validate the God that we serve.

The efficacy of God’s word in your life will make the world outside know that your God is alive. If you refuse to shine, you become a mockery. The provisions of God makes it possible for everyone to shine. You can shine in any endeavor of life that you find yourself.

It is what you do with your assignment that determines the degree of impact your life will command. Irrespective of your age, you are born with the capacity to become a blessing that nations. We are born solutions. There are capacities in-built in you to proffer solutions in different areas. Isaiah 60:1.

It will not rise, the glory is risen already. A life without assignment is a life void of impact. It is our responsibility to make sure that we count here on Earth. It is your love for your assignment that guarantees your shining. It takes love for your assignment to shine.

Love carries several dimensions and attributes such that one cannot nail it down to a definition.

The proper definition is that God is love. You have to have a working knowledge of he nature of God for you to be able to love. Love is the attribute that describes God.

Assignment is the allocation of a line of work or task to an individual by God for the fulfilment of His intention and purpose of bringing that person to the earth. Love for your assignment is executing your task or work with the heart of showing the nature and attribute of God in that task.

Ephesians 2:10. Too many people are suffering today because they do not know the purpose of their existence.

They don’t have any solution they can provide. Ecclesiastes 9:10. You must refuse to be dormant. Work on your assignment. if you give your assignment a casual approach, you will never live above reproach.

ATTRIBUTES THAT ENHANCE THE PURSUIT OF LOVING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

1. Being a faithful steward. Everyone one of us is a steward as far as life is concerned. It is required of us to love our assignment and at such we must be completely faithful to the work.

You cannot claim to love your assignment and watch it go down. A true steward betters whatever is committed into his hands. Papa exemplified this with starting this ministry with just very few members.

If you are faithful today, you must be faithful forever. 1 Corinthians 4:1-2. People will not trust you if you are not a faithful steward.

2. True servanthood, a true servant works. If you have to demonstrate love for your assignment, you must work. You can’t be idle around your place of assignment. John 9:4.
Everyone of us must do the work God has given unto us.

You are supposed nto know the thing your assignment is saying for the now so that you will know what to do. A tries servant does the business of his master. If you are working, you will know what your assignment demands.

3. Self Disciple: it is important you discipline yourself as far as you love your assignment. Discipline is become a law to yourself.

Papa mentioned that he dresses every morning to resume in his office despite the fact that people were not coming. Papa also shared how he never traveled anywhere for 9 years; he was sitting on his assignment.

A brother came to me that it seems he had a spiritual problem because everything went down for him after burying his mother. I told him it was no spiritual problem, you have simply blasted money at the burial.. Discipline yourself.

Papa said there was 50,000 naira in the wardrobe yet they were hungry in the family but he refused to touch it because it was God’s money.

There is a crown waiting for us but we must demonstrate love for our assignment.
