Day 4 Week of Spiritual Empowerment: “The Power of Praise for Vengeance: Part 4”
*When God says a thing, you have to enforce it with your mouth.
*Every great destiny attracts great opposition.
*At the root of every spiritual revolution is the revelation of God’s word.
*Don’t ever allow a negative word to end up on your life.
Give Him big hands, you may be seated.
Before I start teaching, while studying, I saw something. Never wait for God to take vengeance; you will cooperate with God to take vengeance. God will never take vengeance until you cooperate with Him. Waiting on God to take vengeance without doing something shows you have no understanding of the scriptures.
Psalm 94:1
O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
Looking at that scripture, you will think vengeance is in the hands of God. “Allow God to judge” is a stupid prayer. When God says a thing, you have to enforce it with the words of your mouth. God said let my people go but He made Moses the mouthpiece. He knows that for God to act, a human mouth must pronounce it.
Ezekiel 25:14
And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.
It is by your hands that God will execute vengeance. Say, God, anoint my mouth with Your fire so that when I declare Your word, it will be confirmed instantly. Every great destiny attracts great opposition. Every child of God as an enviable destiny in God but not all of them fulfill it.
Zechariah 1:17-21
Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.
Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four horns.
And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.
And the LORD shewed me four carpenters.
Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.
God has ordained the Church as the end time most prosperous people on the earth but there are things that want to contend with the Church from rising. I declare today, such oppositions are brought down in Jesus name
Joshua 13:1
Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him, Thou art old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.
Joshua did not cover what God ordained for him. Whatever God has ordained for you, you will fulfill it. There are satanic forces against the fulfilment of destiny. Evil men know how great a child can be. Moses was born at a time when all babies born should be killed, same happened to Jesus. Every great destiny faces opposition. After this meeting, whoever plans to terminate any of us will be terminated. You don’t watch, you war things out. No warfare, no welfare. God has given us weapons of vengeance.
WEAPONS OF VENGEANCE
- Revelation: this simply means spiritual understanding of the truth. At the root of every revolution is the revelation of God’s word. We can only execute the words that are written. Where you stand now is determined by your level of revelation. You must have an understanding of what is written concerning you before you can take charge. You can never take vengeance nor take charge until you know who you are in Christ and what belongs to you in redemption. When you have this understanding, Satan can’t take you for granted. You are far above so that you can deal with principalities and powers. Before they raise their head, you have finished them. Have you not heard people say, oh look at us, we are under a curse. You can’t be under a curse as long as you are bought by Jesus. You are a blessed person not a cursed person.
- Bold Declaration: anything you know and you don’t declare is useless. There is no vengeance that can happen if you keep quiet. Every quiet Christian will end up being a public failure. Jesus, the most anointed, the most powerful, in prophecy, something happened.
Isaiah 53:7
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
Jesus did not open His mouth because of our redemption. He was making us to understand that the only way He could be killed is to be quiet. You cannot execute vengeance with a closed mouth. Jesus knew that if He opened His mouth, the enemies would be in trouble.
Psalm 81:10-12
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.
So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels. l
A man was to be the Governor of Rivers State Nigeria. He belonged to a cult where they don’t wear shoes. His secretary was a church member. This man who wanted to be the Governor was so powerful in the administration of the state that he closed 12 Pentecostal Churches in GRA. I came on the altar and said, that uncircumcised man with bare foot will never become governor. The secretary came to me and said please don’t say that, he might close the church but I shut him down. That man never emerged as governor. Today, as you open your mouth, all your adversaries shall be destroyed. If you don’t talk, you will be afraid. If you talk, your adversaries will be afraid. You can’t engage true liberty without opening your mouth. You will declare and God will confirm it. Some of you keep announcing the devil’s words. When they give you satanic verdict, cancel it with God’s word. Imagine a Christian saying they said I will not get married; they say they will kill me o. You should not announce devil’s verdict. Speaking boldly commits God’s integrity to manifest openly.
David spoke boldly and God gave him victory openly over Goliath.
1Samuel 17:43-45
And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.
And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.
Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
David was threatened through the gods of the Philistines. David had superiority complex because he believed in the God of Israel. He refused to be intimidated. David finished Goliath from his mouth not with the stone. We have to speak boldly for God to step in.
David used the sword of Goliath to cut off his head. The weapon that they have planned to use against you and me, that same weapon will destroy them in Jesus’name. Whatever they are planning against us will go back to sender in Jesus’name! Every Goliath threatening anyone goes down now! David finished him from his mouth. Never allow the enemy to have the final say. Each time Goliath spoke, David spoke back. Don’t allow the enemy to have the final say. Don’t ever allow a negative word to end on your life. When anyone says you will die, make sure you say, I won’t die.
Agents of the devil have only bad news and reports to give. This is because that is the only way to keep people enslaved. - Faith is the third weapon.
Luke 18:7-8
And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?
I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
When you have faith that God will do it, He will do it. When you pray, you must not doubt the words of God. If you doubt, you will get no answer. Faith is a weapon of vengeance.
Daniel 6:23-24
Then was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.
And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
Everyone that has accused you and me falsely just like they did to Daniel, God will turn the table tonight in Jesus’name. The same trap they set will destroy them in Jesus’name.
After this vengeance, somebody will be promoted in the name of Jesus. Someone’s lifting is coming now in Jesus’name - Fasting and Prayer: fasting is a spiritual platform for breaking the forces of wickedness around our lives. Certain forces will not give up except through fasting and prayer.
Matthew 17:20-21
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
There are certain things that only fasting and prayer can solve. Don’t live your life without fasting as a Christian. You can’t be empowered without fasting.
Isaiah 58:6
Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
Fasting looses the bands of wickedness. Sometimes, try to fast. Resist food sometimes. Some people have never fasted in their lives. I met a man of God that said he has never fasted in his life. I said that is why all these small attacks get at you. - Prophetic Declarations: this is a weapon controlled by the prophets.
Hosea 12:13
And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.
Moses came as a prophet to the people of Israel. Pharaoh and the host of Egypt were drowned according to the prophetic declaration of Moses. I decree over your life today, anyone tormenting your life, I command them to be destroyed now in the name of Jesus! Any agent of the devil that pursues you after now will run into his own death. You will begin to go forward in Jesus name. Stand up and give God praise.
